Ultrasonic Nebulizer
Ultrasonic nebulizers are generally quieter and more compact than traditional jet nebulizers, and are therefore more portable and convenient for patients who need to use them on a regular basis. They are also considered to be more efficient than traditional jet nebulizers, as they require less medication to achieve the same effect.
Ultrasonic nebulizers work by using high-frequency vibrations to convert liquid medication into a fine mist. The medication is placed in a small chamber, which is then vibrated by an ultrasonic transducer. The vibrations create tiny droplets of medication that are released into the air, and can then be inhaled through a mouthpiece or mask.
